Our Commitment
Accessibility is not something we treat as separate from the rest of our work. It is part of how we design, build, and maintain everything we create, including this website.
As an organization that helps other businesses build more accessible products and workplaces, we hold our own work to the same standard.
Conformance Target
This website has been built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
What We Have Built
Accessibility on this site is not a single feature. It runs through the way every page works, including:
- Every page can be fully navigated using a keyboard alone, with visible focus at every step.
- Headings and page structure follow a logical order, so screen reader users can move through content and understand it correctly.
- Color and text combinations meet accessible contrast requirements throughout the site.
- Motion and animation respect your device's reduced motion preference, and can be turned off entirely.
- Forms provide clear labels, clear error messages, and do not rely on color alone to communicate information.
- This site does not use CAPTCHA puzzles that can be difficult or impossible for some people to complete. Instead, we use a privacy respecting security check that works quietly in the background.
- The site is designed to work across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As we add new features, update content, and learn more, we continue reviewing this site the same way we recommend our clients review theirs, as an ongoing part of how we work rather than a one time task.
