About Us
Good decisions build inclusive organizations.
Every organization wants to create better products, better services, and better workplaces.
Yet accessibility is often considered only after a barrier has already been discovered. A website launches before it is tested with assistive technology. An internal system is introduced before employees with disabilities can use it independently. A product reaches customers before anyone asks whether it works for everyone.
By then, fixing the problem is always harder than preventing it.
Inclusive Hill was created to help organizations think about accessibility differently. Not as something to revisit later, but as part of the decisions that shape products, workplaces, and services from the very beginning.
Because when accessibility is part of the process, everyone benefits.

Our Story
From a 2023 marketplace idea to a consultancy built on lived experience. Here is how it happened.
How It All Began
Inclusive Hill was founded in 2023 by professionals with lived experience of disability.
The original idea was not to build a consultancy.
It was to create an inclusive marketplace where people could easily discover assistive technology and everyday products that support independent living.
A Question That Kept Coming Back
As the founders worked on that idea, they found themselves facing the same challenges they had experienced throughout their own lives. The difficulty was not simply finding the right products. The barriers started much earlier.
Websites that could not be used independently.
Digital services that excluded people unintentionally.
Workplaces where accessibility had never been considered.
One question kept coming back.
If so many organizations want to be more inclusive, why is accessibility still being treated as an afterthought?
The Answer We Found
The answer was not another online store.
The answer was helping organizations build accessibility into the way they design, develop, hire, communicate, and grow.
That realization became the foundation of Inclusive Hill.
Today, headquartered in Islamabad, Pakistan, we work with organizations around the world to help make accessibility part of everyday business decisions.
Why Organizations Choose Inclusive Hill
Accessibility can be measured against standards.
But it is experienced by people.
That is the perspective we bring to every engagement.
Our team is founded, led, and made up of professionals with lived experience of disability who have built careers across technology, accessibility, communications, training, consulting, and leadership.
We use assistive technology every day, not because we are testing it, but because it is how we work, communicate, learn, travel, and solve problems.
That experience gives us an understanding that cannot come from documentation alone.
Experience Meets Expertise
At the same time, experience without expertise is not enough.
Organizations need clear advice, sound technical knowledge, and recommendations that fit the way they work.
We bring both together so our clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
What Guides Our Work
Our work is shaped by a few simple beliefs.
Accessibility should be part of planning, not an item added before launch.
People with disabilities should help shape the experiences that are created for them.
The best solutions come from listening, learning, testing, and improving together.
Most importantly, accessibility is not something an organization achieves once.
Products evolve. Technology changes. Teams grow. Customer expectations change.
Accessibility should grow alongside them.
Organizations already review security, quality, and performance every time they improve a product or service. We believe accessibility deserves that same level of attention because inclusion is not a milestone. It is an ongoing commitment.
Looking Ahead
We are working toward a future where accessibility is simply part of how organizations operate.
Where new ideas are designed with inclusion in mind from the start.
Where accessibility is considered alongside quality, security, and performance whenever decisions are made.
Where people with disabilities can participate with confidence because the barriers were prevented before they were created.
That future will not be built by one organization alone.
It will be built by organizations that choose to make better decisions every day.
We are proud to be part of that journey.
